build: use -fstack-check=no when available

Some compilers (such as the one in hardened/Gentoo) default this
option to on which leads to build failures:
src/stacks.c: In function 'call16_back':
src/stacks.c:139:5: error: 'asm' operand has impossible constraints

     ^
