floppy: Introduce 'struct floppy_pio_s' for floppy PIO ops. Populate a struct for the PIO operations and move the PIO manipulation done in floppy_cmd() to floppy_pio(). Signed-off-by: Kevin O'Connor <kevin@koconnor.net>
