vgabios: Use standard VGA IO wrapper functions in bochsvga. Also, this alters some of the IO port settings in bochsvga_set_mode to fix what looks like errors during the asm to C conversion. Signed-off-by: Kevin O'Connor <kevin@koconnor.net>
