memtest86+: Fix compilation on case insensitive platforms

This does part of a patch that Stefan wrote for memtest86-3.5,
to update the linuxbios names to coreboot.

https://www.flashrom.org/pipermail/coreboot/2010-January/055363.html

Instead of preprocessing file.S into file.s, the intermediate file
is now called file.pre.s. This fixes compilation of memtest86+ on
case insensitive filesystems (like NTFS and HFS+)
