vendorcode/intel/fsp: Add FSP header file for Alder Lake N FSP v2503_00
The headers added are generated as per Alder Lake N FSP v2503_00.
Changes include:
- Add all header files for Alder Lake N FSP.
- List of header files: FirmwareVersionInfoHob.h, FspmUpd.h, FspsUpd.h,
FspUpd.h, MemInfoHob.h
- Select FSP_HEADER_PATH
