mb/google/brya: Enable crashlog
This patch enables crashlog for all brya projects.

TEST=emerge-brya coreboot chromeos-bootimage & ensure the crashlog
PCIe device 0xa.0 is enabled and intel-pmt kernel driver is
loaded.
