Various minor fixes (trivial). - More license header cosmetics. - New official "Building coreboot" document is now at: http://www.coreboot.org/Build_HOWTO - Drop "(mostly those derived from the Linux kernel)" part of the GPL-v2-only parts from the README. Many other files are also GPL-v2-only, too.
