mb/google/rex: Revise config for the Proto 1 build
1. Rename DB_USB4 for KB8010 while adding ANX7452 as different
DB_USB4 option.
2. Add audio component for Soundwire.
3. Rename MAX98357_ALC5682I_I2S to MAX98360_ALC5682I_I2S.
