mb/starlabs/labtop: Add CMOS defaults for EC functions

Set the CMOS defaults for EC related functions:
* Function Lock = Enabled
* Trackpad = Enabled
* Keyboard Backlight Brightness = Off
* Keyboard Backlight State = Enabled
