soc/intel/apollolake: Rename ACPI Base Address and Size Macro

Rename these two Macros to help use Common Code -
ACPI_PMIO_BASE --> ACPI_BASE_ADDRESS
ACPI_PMIO_SIZE --> ACPI_BASE_SIZE
