mb/gigabyte/ga-945gcm-s2c,skl: Drop HAVE_MP_TABLE
The weak implementation of write_smp_table() is not useful
without DRIVERS_GENERIC_IOAPIC and related entries in
devicetree.cb. No interrupt routing entries are present
in the generated MP table.
