Spell *Boot Guard* with a space for official spelling

See for example Intel document *Secure the Network Infrastructure –
Secure Boot Methodologies* [1].

Change all occurrences with the command below:

    $ git grep -l BootGuard | xargs sed -i 's/BootGuard/Boot Guard/g'
