intel/kunimitsu: Coreboot GPIO changes for FAB 4.

This patch adds GPIO mappings for PCH_BUZZER, AUDIO_DB_ID,
AUDIO_IRQ and BOOT_BEEP.

TEST=Built for kunimitsu but not verified on Fab 4.
