mb/google/poppy/variants/nami: Enable touchscreen through ACPI
Currently, we've set TOUCHSCREEN_DIS gpio to disabled. Enabling
through ACPI. Set reset/enable/stop_off_ms variables to get timings
of power off sequence correct.
