mb/google/brya: Move early GPIO config earlier
The recent refactor of console UART GPIOs to mainboard's bootblock
caused brya boards to lose the first ~5 lines of the logs from
bootblock. Rename bootblock_mainboard_init to
bootblock_mainboard_early_init so that the UART pads will be ready
by the time the console is initialized.
