mb/google/{misc}: set default SMBIOS manufacturer

Legacy Google mainboards (pre-Skylake) shipped with the
SMBIOS manufacturer set to GOOGLE, which many Linux drivers
rely on for application of DMI quirks. Set it as the default
to avoid having to do so for each board's config
