mainboard/bap/ode_e20XX: Enable UART 3/4 in devicetree This patch adds IO and IRQ information for UART 3/4 to the devicetree. Patch with Change-Id: Ief5d70c8b25a2fb6cd787c45a52410e20b0eaf2e is needed.
